Can I view the space before I book?
Yes, we offer 30-minute viewings on weekdays. Please get in touch with us to schedule an appointment and we’ll be happy to show you around the venue!
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Due to the limited availability of our venue, all bookings will only be confirmed with full payment. You will receive a confirmation of your booking from us within 24 hours of payment.
What is included in the rental price?
Our pricing is based on rental duration. The cost includes use of the space, basic furniture, amenities, and cleaning fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayNow to our UEN. We also accept credit card payments with a 3% surcharge.
Is there a minimum or maximum rental time?
Yes, there is a minimum booking of 4 hours on weekdays, and 5 hours on weekends. More details can be found on our pricing page.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we do collect a flat fee of $500 as security deposit. This will be fully refunded back to you once the event is over.
Cancellation
What is your cancellation policy like?
You will receive a 100% refund less $20 admin fee if you cancel within 24 hours from the time you make your booking.

What should I do if I need to reschedule my booking?
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find an alternative date, subject to availability. No rescheduling will be permitted within 30 days of the event.
About Our Space
What is the capacity of your event space?
Our venue can comfortably seat 60 pax, and accommodate up to 80 guests, depending on the setup and event type. We offer flexible seating arrangements to fit your needs.
Can I get to your venue by public transport?
Yes! We are just 10 minutes walk away from Dakota MRT.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, parking lots are available at Lor 34 and Lor 36 Geylang. There is also an additional public parking space off Lor 36 Geylang.
How accessible is the venue?
Our venue is on the ground floor and is fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly. Catering and external vendors can drive directly up to the entrance stop temporarily for drop off, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience for all.
Are furniture provided?
Yes! Our space is equipped with tables, chairs and AV equipment. We also have a list of amenities provided. If there is anything else you need, feel free to check in with us!
Can I bring my own decorations?
Absolutely! Just make sure to follow our guidelines on the terms and condition to keep the space safe and pristine.
We ask that you avoid anything that can damage the walls, ceilings, or floors (for example: nails, glue, tape, glitter, confetti, etc). Do check in with us on the approved items!
Do you have catering services or a kitchen on-site?
You’re welcome to bring your own caterer for the event as we don't have an on-site kitchen or offer in-house catering.
Are third party vendors allowed (e.g, photographers?)
Yes, we welcome outside vendors. We can provide a list of recommended professionals, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
