Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM - 12 AM)
Friday (8:00 AM - 4.30PM)

• Minimum 4 hours required
• $150 per hour
• $900 for 8 hours

Weekend & PH Rates

Day Rates
Saturday, Sunday & PH (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

• Minimum 5 hours required
• $1,550 for 5 hours
• Additional hour: $250/hr (subject to availability)
• $1,900 for 8 hours

Night Rates
Friday, Saturday, Sunday & PH (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

• Minimum 4 hours required
• $1,120 for 4 hours
• Additional hour: $250/hr (subject to availability)
• $1,200 for 6 hours

Important Notes

• Contact us for special rates for bookings over 12 hours.
• All prices are nett and include cleaning fee.
• Rates are calculated for a continuous period, beyond which an hourly extension rate will apply.
• Extensions are subject to space availability.

A $200 peak surcharge applies to bookings made during the month of December and for weekday bookings that fall on the evening before a Public Holiday (PH Eve).
