About Amenda
Amenda teaches yoga with a strong focus on mindful breathing, building strength, and improving flexibility. She creates a welcoming space where students feel safe to show up as they are, without concern for how they look or how others perceive them.
Amenda emphasises that yoga is not about outward appearances, but about inward growth, self-awareness, and personal transformation. Her classes encourage students to connect deeply with their breath and move with intention. She believes that with consistency, students will grow stronger and more stable both physically and mentally-on and off the mat. Her joy is to help students feel grounded, capable, and more in tune with their physical and emotional wellbeing.
